Click the PayPal button for the $30 affiliate fee.
Click the PayPal button for the $9 monthly website maintenance subscription.
After your account is active, your replicated affiliate website will be prepared with your unique tracking ID.

When you become eligible for payouts, you will receive an email from Deluxe Payment Exchange with instructions to complete your payment setup. This may include submitting your Social Security Number or EIN for W-9 purposes and selecting how you would like to receive your payments.
